Art & Soul Augusta is excited to announce our Summer Camp running from July15th-18th, 2025, Tuesday to Friday, 1:00pm-3:30pm. Week SEVEN will feature a "Under the Sea" theme with a TOTAL of 4 unique projects for your young artist to enjoy. This AFTERNOON (P.M.) camp includes a light snack or popcorn and a Disney movie during free creative time. Don't forget to bring water bottle each day for your budding artist to enjoy during this fun and creative experience. Join us for a week of artistic exploration and inspiration at Art & Soul Augusta! *Projects are subject to change without notice. ** We are non-refundable studio. Cancellation Policy

SIGN IN & DROP OFF will begin 5 minutes prior to the event start time. ALLERGIES & MEDICATION: If your child has allergies, you will need to inform our art teacher at the time of drop off and sign in. Please fill the out the allergies an d medication authorization at the sign in or when drop off your child. BEHAVIOR ISSUE: If a child misbehavior, we will call to child's parent/guardian to let you talk with your child over the phone. If a child is still continue misbehavior, we will call to child's parent/guardian to pick up the child. SIGN OUT & PICK UP will begin 15 minutes prior to the end of the event. The door will remain locked until this time. The child will only be release to a parent/guardian or other authorized contact that on file ONLY. Children will not be released to anyone without photo ID. NO EXCEPTION. If someone else will be dropping off and/or picking up the registered child, you must add that person to be an authorized contact when the register account or inform art teacher while drop off the child. EARLY PICK UP: please let art teacher and/or email us to know IN ADVANCE at time sign in & drop off. WHAT WILL BE HAPPENS IF A CHILD IS NOT PICK UP ON TIME? Late pick up fee will be charge to the parent or guardian who pick up a child late after 5 minutes of the end of the event. If after 20 minutes, we are unable to contact anyone to come to pick up a child, we will contact the Columbia County Sheriff's Department. LATE PICKUP FEE: $1 per minute per child 5 minutes after the end of the event. For A.M., LATE PICKUP FEE: $1 per minute per child after 12.35 p.m. For P.M. and Full Day, LATE PICKUP FEE: $1 per minute per child after 3.35 p.m. Parent/ Guardian MUST FULLY PAID for the late fee first before next attend. Cancellation and Refund: We're sorry. Our studio is non-refundable studio. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. We will do our best to accommodate special circumstances. No-shows are INELIGIBLE for refunds and/or change class without inform us in advance. All products are custom made therefore payment is required at the time of booking.
