Thank you for registering for a private in-studio event. 

 

There are just a few terms and conditions to consider before completing your transaction:

Note:  Projects are custom designed and hand cut in advance.

  • All payments are non-refundable.  The studio will try to work with you and make accommodations if possible.

  • Private in studio events require a minimum of six (6) registered guests forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event's start time.  If there are less than six guests, the event will be cancelled. 

  • Private on location events require a minimum of twelve (12) registered guests forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event's start time.  If there are less than twelve guests, the event will be cancelled. 

  • If the event is cancelled, you will NOT lose your money.  Your project will be converted to a Take-Home Kit.  All the necessary materials will be included so you can complete your project at home.

  • If your event was an Instructor-Led Group Painting, you may choose a Basic Door Hanger Take-Home Kit as a replacement.  

  • You will receive an email indicating the event has been cancelled as well as options when you can pick up your kit.  We will work with you to arrange a convenient time.

  • If you have not specified your design choice, we will provide a Basic Door Hanger in the shape of a circle.  A welcome stencil will be included along with a gingham bow.
