Thank you for registering for a private in-studio event.
There are just a few terms and conditions to consider before completing your transaction:
If you have not specified a different design choice by the published cutoff date, you will receive a Basic Door Hanger in the shape of a circle. A welcome stencil will be included along with a decorative bow.
Note: Projects are custom designed and hand cut in advance.
All payments are non-refundable. The studio will try to work with you and make accommodations when possible.
Private in studio events require a minimum of six (6) registered guests. Your event host/hostess has paid a deposit equal to the cost of six (6) guests to guarantee your event date. Once there are six (6) registered guests the deposit is refunded to the host/hostess. Please communicate with them directly if you have any questions.
Private on location events require a minimum of twelve (12) registered guests. Your event host/hostess has paid a deposit equal to the cost of six (6) guests to guarantee your event date and location. Once there are six (6) registered guests the deposit is refunded to the host/hostess. In the event there are not at lease twelve (12) registered guests, the event will be moved back to the Art & Soul Augusta studio. Please communicate with your host/hostess directly if you have any questions.
If an event is cancelled, you will NOT lose your money. An effort will be made to reschedule. If rescheduling is not an option, your project will be converted to a "Take-Home" kit. All the necessary materials will be included so you can complete your project at home. A time will be scheduled for you to pick up your project at the studio.
If your event was an Instructor-Led Group Painting, you may choose a Basic Door Hanger Take-Home Kit as a replacement
You will receive an email indicating the event has been cancelled as well as options when you can pick up your kit. We will work with you to arrange a convenient time.
